As the Regional SBU Controller, you will report to the Head of Global Controlling Personal Care and serve as a business partner to the America’s Business Leadership Team of Personal Care. You will lead optimization projects with a focus on automation & digitalization in Controlling. Within the Controlling team, you will be responsible for financial planning and forecasting, reporting and business analysis, strategic controlling, and relevant compliance topics for the Personal Care business units in the America’s Region.

As a business partner, you will influence, guide, consult, and challenge the business unit leadership team to support decision- making and value generation for Personal Care business in the America's Region.

As a Regional SBU Controller, you create chemistry by...

  • Managing strategic controlling processes and driving the further development of controlling, business tools, and processes for a comprehensive understanding of business success factors.

  • Leading optimization and digitalization projects and measures to enhance controlling processes, and leveraging digitalization opportunities through experience with SAP, Power BI, and Business Warehouse platforms to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensuring corporate/divisional internal control, auditing, and risk management requirements are established through preparing risk mitigation analyses and internal control assessments.

  • Managing and developing reporting processes to support effective business steering and ensuring reporting obligations are met from various perspectives (business unit, divisional, regional, and group).

  • Overseeing the preparation of various financial and economic reports for strategic and operational planning, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reporting.

  • Evaluating and recommending alternative solutions based on extensive analytical skills to interpret results and advise business leadership on the financial situation of the business unit.

If you...

  • A Bachelors degree with a background in controlling, planning, finance, or accounting with experience managing financials, including P&L statements, expense control, forecasting, and sales budgeting.

  • Have proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Business Warehouse platforms with a strong ability to leverage digitalization opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Hold experience in preparing risk mitigation analyses and internal control assessments with the ability to express technical financial concepts in audience-appropriate terms.
