As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a leading role in our Global Nutrition & Health Supply Chain Transformation Roadmap. Collaborating closely with operational and supply chain leaders both regionally and globally, you will be instrumental in positioning our services for supply chain efficiency, sustainability, digitalization, and customer satisfaction for the present and future. As a key member of the Nutrition & Health Global Supply Chain Excellence Team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a continuous improvement framework that promotes organizational excellence through effective performance management.

Identifying and advising on areas of improvement that drive the organization to increasing levels of supply chain performance set by annual performance targets and objectives.
Managing and leading improvement teams across multiple sites, business segments and/or functions comprising the end-to-end supply chain. You will also develop capability, buy-in and support for the continuous improvement culture in the organization.
Leading continuous improvement projects with both a global and regional focus, as well as connecting with and leverage Global functions, corporate platforms, and expertise to cultivate best fit solutions.
Being responsible for monitoring Change Requests and coordinating all regional activities for UAT testing across the E2E supply Chain.
Representing the Supply Chain organization in all regional community meetings (e.g. SPASS, Manufacturing etc.) and acting as the regional Business Process Expert supporting the regional EN Supply Chain team.
If you...
Have a bachelor´s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, or related field
Possess experience in end-to-end Supply Chain processes (e.g. manufacturing, transportation, site logistics, planning)
Hold experience in working on cross-functional teams and interacting with contacts in different regions
Have excellent computer skills, including demonstrated capability with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (APO/OMP)
Possess strong project management skills
Have effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
