We are looking for a HR Leader, Business Partnering to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina or Calgary, Alberta.

As a member of the Agricultural Solutions HR Leadership Team, the HR Leader, Business Partnering provides strategic thought leadership, partnership, and solutions regarding people, culture, and capability to senior leaders and their teams. You will manage a team of HR Business Partners responsible for similar activities.
As the HR Leader, Business Partnering, you will lead the communication, execution, and delivery of a variety of HR programs, best practices, organizational consultations, and coaching. You will navigate ambiguity with influence, flexibility, and adaptability through multiple levels in the organization.
To achieve goals, as HR Leader, Business Partnering, you’ll demonstrate your passion for attaining insights and endeavors and bring foresight, with forward thinking, to resolve business/function opportunities and challenges. Your understanding of the intersection of people, processes, and technologies is critical as you develop robust data analytics capabilities that support strategic and operational objectives of the operating division and assigned businesses/functions.

Your robust understanding of business partnering philosophy, strategy, and learning agility will help you quickly adapt to understanding, driving, and supporting business/function strategic/tactical interventions, initiatives, and key themes from inception through delivery.
Working collaboratively and effectively with key stakeholders, you will provide influence in areas of strategic workforce planning for assigned business/functional areas to ensure alignment with organizational strategies, goals, and objectives. You’ll seek to identify appropriate, practical, and innovative solutions leveraging your comprehensive business expertise.
Ensuring your strong contribution demonstrates impact by leveraging sound diagnosis skills, metrics, and results-driven data to shape solutions, collaborating with other HR resources both for the operating division and corporate.
Capitalizing on your experience and success managing teams as a mentor, as well as multiple projects simultaneously, you will help develop a high-performing team.
Your consultative traits will impactfully enhance your stakeholder’s knowledge, skillset, and process awareness to ensure the expected benefits are achieved and sustained through active listening and follow-up.
Your facilitation and training expertise will help you communicate when necessary, including strong presentations to executives. This will include methodologies to measure the impacts, benefits, and areas of opportunities for projects post-execution and in other relative areas.
Leveraging your business curiosity and results-driven nature, you will continuously identify opportunities to enhance your areas of responsibility, ensuring each remains relevant and aligned with the needs of our regional/global-based stakeholders. You will also be responsible for enhancing leadership capability, succession management, and development within the broader organizations.
Driving solutions, you’ll leverage your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare executive summaries of analysis by mining large sets of data (talent, performance, demographics, etc.) to discover opportunities and process improvements that further support and enable talent dashboards/discussions.
Demonstrating your analysis experience by utilizing reporting tools and software, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, Visier, Success Factors, and SharePoint.
Applying your intellectual curiosity and passion for integrating analytics and data to drive business insights by acting as a thought partner to provide analysis, insights, and ad-hoc reporting via excellent problem-solving capabilities.

If you...
Hold bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred
Possess SHRM- SCP or CPHR-Advanced Certification preferred.
Have proven experience in HR leadership roles with a strong focus on employee experience, talent development, compensation, and HR analytics.
Are a strategic thinker with a passion for creating and planning programs and initiatives that foster a culture of growth, inclusivity, and engagement.
Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Hold high emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
Are data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Have experience managing teams and working across multiple functional areas within HR.
Hold a deep understanding of HR trends, challenges, and best practices in North America (U.S. and Canada), including how it connects globally.
Have experience managing change within an organization, especially introducing new policies or programs that impact employee experience and culture.
