As a Sr. Marketing Database Strategist, you will lead the management and governance of EDI and POS data for US Crop, provide strategic guidance and leadership on US Crop data activities, drive process improvements, manage external vendor teams, and coordinate successful season closeout.

As a Sr. Marketing Database Strategist - Research Triangle Park, NC, you create chemistry by...

• Leading data maintenance and governance for EDI, POS validation, reconciliation, and grower data management for US Crop teams.

• Driving process improvement and optimization for end-user data reconciliation and grower trait license clean-up.

• Managing external vendor teams and collaborating with regional data management, Field Sales, Marketing, and Fulfillment for successful season closeout.

• Providing strategic guidance on US Crop data to support digital strategy implementation and enhance customer experience.

• Offering strategic input and leadership to external vendors and the BASF Data Management Team on US Crop data activities.

• Supporting field teams and internal organizations through communication, training, and coordination for audits, analytics, and data support.

If you...

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in data systems, data analysis, or project management.

• Demonstrate strong project management skills with business and strategic acumen.

• Are highly analytical with a technical skillset to understand and analyze data using analytics tools/technology.

• Can skillfully coordinate with field sales teams, data management team, external vendors, customers, and other internal teams within US Crop.

• Have experience in sales, marketing, customer service, operational, or financial roles.
